Sehr toller Entsafter

Toller Entsafter, sehr langsamdrehend, dadurch wird nicht so viel Luft mit hineingeschleust. Deshalb ist der Oxidationsprozess sehr gering und die Vitamine bleiben länger erhalten. Außerdem ist der Entsafter sehr leise, es ist am Anfang etwas schwierig den Entsafter zusammen zu bauen, da die Gebrauchsanweisung leider nur in Englisch mitgeliefert wurde. Aber dank Youtube, erfährt man wie es geht und dann kann man eigentlich alles einzelne Teile auseinander nehmen und schön reinigen. Nett ist auch das mitgelieferte Bürstchen, an dessen Ende sich ein Haken befindet, da bekommt man den festgesetzten Trestter gut mit raus. Alles in allem tolles Gerät, macht dazu noch einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.

Mega einfache Bedienung, leise, leicht zu säubern, super effektiv, platz sparend.
Meine Tochter (3,5 Jahre) und ihre Freundin lieben ihn auch, wie er die "Karotten auffrist";)
Der Saft ist der Hammer!
Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Entsaftern, ist die Qualität ausgezeichnet,
was sich nicht zu letzt daran zeigt, dass der Saft frisch bleibt und nicht wie andere Säfte nach 5 Minuten zu Wasser wird
(in dem sich oben eine Schicht absetzt und der Rest Wasser ist).

Alles kann er entsaften, sehr effektiv was Grünes angeht!
Smoothies sind zwar lecker. Aber Säfte unschlagbar! Vor allem wenn man nicht so auf Fasern steht, wie ich.

Aus dem Trester lässt sich leckeres Rohkostbrot machen. Sehr praktisch.
Der Pürieraufsatz ist eine unglaubliche Küchenhilfe. Alles geht schnell. Nüsse im Nu zerkleinert, morgens schnelles Bananen_Dattel_Nuss Mus gezaubert. Im Sommer probiere ich dann Frucht Eis selbst zu machen.

Unsere Slow Star

Die Slowstar ist wunderschön und einfach zu bedienen. Es ist mein 1. Entsafter und mir war wichtig, das möglichst schonend entsaftet wird und der Entsafter nicht zu viel Platz braucht. Nach laanger Recherche im Net habe ich mich dann aufgrund des Videos von Andrea ( weiter unten ;) ) für die Slowstar entschieden,trotz des hohen Preises.
Im Vergleich zu Zentrifugen Entsafter sind die sogenannten Slowjuicer nun mal teurer, dafür wird nicht soviel Luft in das Pressgut gewirbelt.Die Slowstar entsaftet mit schonenden 47 Umdrehungen in der Min. Da geht fix und dauert nicht ewig ;)

Der Saft ist super, der Trester ist meist recht trocken und die Saftausbeute ist recht hoch. Aus z.B. 3 Orangen, 1Möhre, 1 Apfel und 1 Zitrone bekomme ich genug um für 4 Personen ein Glas zu entsaften.
Den Trester kann man gut weiter verwerten. Zum backen, ins Müsli z.B. Aus Apfelsaft habe ich, nachdem ich die Äpfel entsaftet habe und sie nochmal durch das Sieb laufen lies, tolles Apfelmus rausbekommen.
Sauber machen geht recht schnell und einfach.
Zu bedienen ist sie so einfach das mein 5 jähriger Sohn begeistert dabei ist und ungern einen anderen ran läßt ^^
Mit dem Püriereinsatz haben wir bisher Bananen und Casheweis gemacht..der Oberhammer wie cremig das ist!
Man kann mit dem Pürieraufsatz auch Mandelmus und so was machen. Das will ich noch ausprobieren und werd die rezension dann ergänzen.
Da Nussmuse ja echt teuer sind, hoffe ich das es bald so geht.das war ein Grund mit für die Slowstar.

Alles in allem seinen Preis wert.
